About Us
The Pakistan School Sports Organization (PSSO) is an association that has been formed by Gohar Raza and his team, who are motivated by a common interest and desire to provide advance skills and organize sport activities.
Pakistan School Sports Organization (PSSO) is working for the promotion, development, and welfare of sports training and competition extra curriculum activities at Primary, Secondary, College and University level at City, Provincial, National and International Level.
Education in Pakistan is not only going through restructuring; it is also undergoing some dynamic reforms, which affect every aspect of education.
Youth is the spinal cord of any society, it depend on Society how it behave and provide to them in the field of positive activities.
Sports activities are dream of legacy for our youth, in any society where the awareness of the sports getting importance, the youth of those society are smart and energetic and become useful for their country and community. We desire to keep a healthy atmosphere to create a platform where youth does not only show the fun of sports but an environment of entertainment. The people alongwith the youth can save himself from any social evils or waste of time.
Aims & Objects
Keeping in view of such concept, it has been decided to form a sports body, where each and every events of the sports shall be managed through skilled sports members. Our aims and objectives for promotion / development of sports are as under:-
- To promote the skill development programme at grass route level.
- To provide opportunity to our youth to interact with each other.
- To provide healthy activities in healthy environment
- To provide competitive sports activities.
- To enhance advance skill for better performance at higher level.
- To provide knowledge about rules and regulations and its implementation.
- To provide coaching courses to groom upcoming physical Teacher, Coaches, Director Physical.
- To develop peace harmony social interaction.
- To provide opportunities to our youth to see / observe cultures of various, languages, and food of different countries.
- To provide opportunity to our younger generation to compete at divisional, national and international level.
There will be one recognized body programme each Province/ Territory that speaks on behalf of school sport and provides programs and services to support school sport activities.
There will be one recognized body in each City / Division / Provincial / School that speaks on behalf of school sport and provides programmes and services to support school activities.
Member
Each School / City / Divisional / Provincial / National School Association shall be known as member of the PSSO after registration with PSSO.
National Body
The National Body is the governing body of the Pakistan School Sports Organization (PSSO).
